In Part 1, Pomodoro Technique - Productivity Technique you learned how to manage one “Time Thief” with the help of a COP named Concentration.  Concentration and using the Pomodoro Technique can help you take control of your attention and time to grow your teaching business and your income.

In Part 2 - Organization - Productivity Technique, you learned how to identify your “Time Thief” with the help of a COP named Organization.  Effective organization using the Personal Rules Technique releases dopamine – a key ingredient for your motivation, cognitive functions and success!

In Part 3, you will learn how to identify your third “Time Thief”.  You can arrest the “I should do it”, with a little help from a COP, and release the “I Did It” using a Productivity Planner - Productivity Technique.

The third COP is P - Procrastination - the action of delaying or postponing something.

Time Thief - Third, identify the “Time Thief” that prevents you from starting or completing a task.  What are your patterns of work that hold you back from success?

Timely action very often prevents procrastination, the thief of time, that can be the reason for a great loss in productivity in both your personal life and your business.

Write down one hurdle that you need to jump over to accomplish your goal.  (Afraid of making mistakes, no support, insurmountable task, don’t know where to start, etc.)

Productivity Planner – Use a Productivity Planner or Productivity Journal to map out your daily routine.  A productivity planner is easy to use and will get you a feeling of accomplishment.  Set daily task goals.  Create action steps.  Set a deadline for completion.  JUST DO IT!

So-La Says:  Create a reward for a goal completed and consequence if not completed.  Celebrate - have dinner out with friends.  If your goal is not completed – consequence is eating dry crackers (without drinking water, lol).  Just Do It and Do it NOW!

Ti-Do Tip:  Goal Setting with accountability is the greatest motivation for achievement.
