Lesson 1, Page 15. Exercise #2 has been changed to “Rewrite the following notes at the same pitch in the Bass Clef.”
All notes are now whole notes. There are no Time Signatures or bar lines.
Lesson 3, Page 30. For question #2, the Treble Clef note names given as answers should be named D♯ and D♮ (not D and D♭).
Lesson 8, Page 114. In #9b, line 2 – the first example should be 3 eighth notes (measure 1) and a dotted quarter note (measure 2).

Lesson 1, Page 12. In Question #1, add the Treble Clef and Bass Clef at the beginning of the Grand Staff.
Lesson 4, Page 49. In the second staff, the final note in measure 3 is B♭ not B.
Lesson 6, Page 81. In #2, second line, the last interval (the Major 6) should be A to F♯.
Lesson 8, Page 103. In #1, first line, first measure, the scoops between the w and M should not be joined. (There should be 2 scoops for the whole note and 2 scoops for the whole rest.)
Lesson 8, Page 114. In #9b, line 2 – the first example should be 3 eighth notes (measure 1) and a dotted quarter note (measure 2). The answer will then be 3/8 time.
Lesson 10, Page 123. In #2, the first measure should be G – A – G (not B♭ – C – B♭).
